These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products offered on the LI BEAUTY website.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of LI BEAUTY and its customers in connection with the online sale of cosmetic products.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color, texture, or presentation may exist depending on manufacturing batches or screen display, without affecting the product's quality.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

LI BEAUTY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price invoiced will be that displayed at the time of order validation.

Delivery costs are indicated before final order validation.

Article 5 – Order

Any order is considered final after payment validation.

LI BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or clearly erroneous information.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The available payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of order validation.

Payments are secured by the payment providers selected by LI BEAUTY.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are prepared with the utmost care.

France

  • Colissimo : home delivery (mailbox or according to carrier's terms) within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Mondial Relay : delivery to a Relay Point, Locker, or home within 3 to 6 working days.

Europe

Deliveries are provided in several European countries with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 working days, depending on the destination.

International

For deliveries to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), Canada, and other countries, customers are invited to contact LI BEAUTY before placing any order to obtain a quote for delivery costs and the estimated delivery time.

Delivery times are indicative.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

In case of a damaged product received or a preparation error, the customer must contact LI BEAUTY within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, particularly the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Article 11 – Liability

LI BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products or non-compliance with the usage recommendations on the website or packaging.

In case of doubt, it is up to the customer to perform a skin patch test before any first use.

Article 12 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing, customer service, and legal obligations.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

All content present on the LI BEAUTY website (texts, photographs, logo, visual identity, illustrations, and graphic elements) is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, or use, whether total or partial, without prior written authorization from LI BEAUTY is prohibited.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those designated by the applicable legal rules.
