Return and Refund Policy

At LI BEAUTY, we strive to offer you quality products and guarantee a satisfactory shopping experience.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

However, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after their delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

2. Return conditions

Products can only be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• The product has not been opened, used, or unsealed.
• It is returned in its original packaging.
• It is in perfect condition and suitable for resale.
• The return request is made within the legal period of 14 days.

Any product not complying with these conditions may be refused.

3. Return procedure

Before any return, please contact our customer service by email or via WhatsApp to obtain return instructions.

No return can be processed without prior request.

4. Damaged product or order error

If your order arrived damaged or if you received a different product from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

• a photo of the package,
• a photo of the product concerned,
• your order number.

After verification, LI BEAUTY will offer, depending on the situation, a replacement or a refund.

5. Refund

When the return conditions are met, the refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order, as soon as possible after receipt and verification of the returned product.

6. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of:

• order preparation error,
• defective product,
• or damaged product received.
